Are Vampires created by a virus?

Well...I have read on a website(www.fvza.org) that vampires are created by a virus. I didn't acord much attention to it UNTIL...and hear me people...I was attacked by one. Yep, it had big teeth and cold skin. And...I kinda scared it away with my katana...so pls help me out...

Are Vampires created by a virus?
If you were bitten, dont worry about it. Just consider yourself lucky. Vampirism can only be passed if you drink of their blood, not from the bite of one. Usually that only causes death.
Reply:Vampires are created because you touch yourself at night.
Reply:I suspect it comes from eating Ergot on Rye.
Reply:no, by a mental disorder. they are a figment of your, and the person's who attacked you, imagination.
Reply:Okay, I don't know where you are getting you're information, but that's just crazy talk. Everyone knows that vampires were originally created by an evil entity entering the body of Enkil and Akasha. It can be passed by blood but it isn't a virus. You can confirm this by reading "The Vampire Lestat" by Anne Rice.

What color is your Katana? Mine is black. Think that will work?

Why did you scare it away? Not up for eternal life? I'm not so I'm hoping my phone is as scary as yours.
Reply:Vamps are make believe
Reply:well duh...everyone knows that. its spread through biting. the only cure is to hit your *ahem* manly parts with a hammer till they bleed. then rub some garlic in the wound and finish it off by dousing it with gasoline...that should do the trick.
Reply:Just wear a condom, you will be fine
Reply:vampires dont exist

people have drinked blood in lifetimes

And Dracula did not exist, his name was Vlad The Impaler and the people made up myths so they can explain why he killed so many people
Reply:SOUNDS LIKE HUSBAND-------------------LISTEN, YOU CAN KEEP HIM.
Reply:No they are not. But some werewolf's are. Vampires are created when a demon inhabits their dead bodies.....................................
