I have recently started flossing, and my damn gums bleed every day. Not just a little, by the time I get to work it looks like I went vampire on someone and theres blood dripping out of my mouth. I know thats not normal or anything but It happens even when I floss lightly.. I think part of it may be because I was a subject in an FDA testing lab where we had to chew certain ingredients for up to 30 seconds then spit them out. Unfortunatley, for me and the rest of the subjects, the project's funding was discontinued about 3 months after it started. Any ideas? I mean my gum tissue is really weak. Blood gushes out and fills my entire mouth. its ridiculous.
Whats the best way to floss your teeth?
u need a deep cleaning.
see the dentist .u might have a gum infection.
after the deep cleaning u wont bleed ...as long as u keep flossing.
Reply:You have to toughen up the gums. Use a mouthwash when you are done
Reply:stop flossing
